Trimming some bunches of apple blossoms and putting them in a new milk glass vase I got at Goodwill last week for $1. I love the combination of the pink and green against the white. They look fabulous sitting on our new console table we bought recently. And right now, they are the ONLY thing on that table as I haven't started decorating yet.

I cannot believe you found a milkglass compote for a DOLLAR!!! Apparently whoever was pricing at your Goodwill that day didn't know they're collectible. Around here, even small pieces are $5 and up. Lame. You got so lucky, and I'm jealous. I've been looking for one of those that isn't an arm and a leg!
